Leslie's Pool Supplies has inked a 3,012-sf deal in Village Green Shopping Center at 2353 Bay Area Blvd. in Houston. Shears Cos. owns the shopping center and has been represented by Charles W. Shears in the deal. Boyd Page's Cook had handled the negotiations for the tenant.
Proven Products Co. Inc., an appliance store has signed for 4,000 sf of in Baybrook Shopping Center at the northwest corner of Interstate 45 south and NASA Road 1 in Houston. Smith has represented the center owner, Jim R. Smith & Co. The lease marks Proven Products' third Houston store.
Cingular Wireless is set to open its 74th Houston location in a 2,403-sf spot at First Colony Commons in Sugar Land, a southern suburb of Houston. Smith has acted on Cingular's behalf. Kristine Barker of Trammell Crow Co. has represented the landlord.
