Soltek Pacific's work on the $27-million third phase included demolition of existing facilities and the construction of 14 new apartment buildings. The housing consists of three-story, garden-style apartments with a variety of unit elevations, roof types and free-standing entrances.
Major subcontractors included Engineered Metal Systems, Iron Horse Grading, Burch Construction Co., KD Masonry, R.J. Lanthier, Marathon General and Sadler Electric.
