Ringsby, 30, is now one of eight members to steward the company's industrial brokerage efforts on C&W's National Industrial Advisory Board. Over the next three years, the board will provide a voice in the industrial area within the 10,000-employee firm and help plan C&W's brokerage service platform.

Ringsby and the other board members will advise corporate clients on strategic planning and facilities' initiatives, organize educational seminars and focus groups. They also will coordinate lease and sale transactions nationally.

C&W's clients include Global Logistics, Amoco, Fleming Foods, Ford Motor Co., Digital Equipment Corp. and Office Depot. Ringsby's clients include Graebel Van Lines Inc., Liquid Container Corp., Gallager Enterprises, American Freightway Inc. and WesternWay Holdings Co.

Ringsby had joined C&W in 1993 and had been named rookie of the year in 1994. He has snagged top industrial broker status in the Denver office for 1994, 1997, 1998 and 1999.
