Because of other commitments, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker have not been able to provide the service requested by ComFacs.
"We are really sorry to lose this listing," says Mike Posten, with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. "It is the best carrier hotel and date center facility in the market, but we owe our best efforts to every client. We just had too many commitments when we took responsibility for marketing the building in December."
CB Richard Ellis is now marketing the building.
"Mike (Posten) and Sean O'Byrne are first rate brokers," says Bob Boyd of ComFacs. "We appreciate their professionalism and work ethic. We have contracted with a team from CB Richard Ellis who are very familiar with urban conversions and the telecommunications and date center business."
