New Brokers for Sale of Telecom Building

KANSAS CITY-CB Richard Ellis takes over the listing for ComFacs' Kansas City Telecommunications Building at 500 E. Third St. Downtown from Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, which admits it had too many other commitments.

KANSAS CITY-Communications Facilities LLC (ComFacs) and Colliers Turley Martin Tucker have terminated their listing agreement for the Kansas City Telecommunications Building at 500 E. Third St. Downtown. The parties are parting amicably.

Because of other commitments, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker have not been able to provide the service requested by ComFacs.

“We are really sorry to lose this listing,” says Mike Posten, with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. “It is the best carrier hotel and date center facility in the market, but we owe our best efforts to every client. We just had too many commitments when we took responsibility for marketing the building in December.”
