Simi has a permit to strip the inside of the 10,000 sf Triangle Building and is in the process of forming a renovation plan he expects will cost about $1.5 million. He spent about $2.5 million the 76-year-old Connell Jeep building. Simi says he is thinking of trying to tie the Triangle Building renovation into the other dealerships he owns nearby.
