Upscale clothing retailer South Moon Under plans to open soon, Starbucks Café is already opened and Morton's will open this summer. Other tenants in the building include anchor Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Merrill Lynch, Regus International and the law firms of Cooley Godward and Hale & Door. The property, which also includes a landscaped urban park and a 1,620-car parking garage, is a joint venture development of Terrabrook and Boston Properties Inc.
South Moon Under leased 6,432 sf, and the Reston location is its seventh store and first in Virginia. Starbucks Café occupies 1,316 sf and the restaurant Morton's of Chicago will lease 7,837 sf. The Reston location will be Morton's fourth eatery in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

"They will add a new dimension of street-level vitality to both the office building and all of Reston Town Center. We believe that this mix of retail tenants will complement the existing shops and restaurants in the Town Center, enhancing a highly successful urban mixed-use environment."
Boston Properties and Terrabrook developed of many of the new commercial buildings in Reston Town Center. The joint venture is now developing 2 Freedom Square, a 16-story, 424,000-sf building, with the primary tenant being the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
The companies are also developing Discovery Square at the northwest corner of Sunset Hills Road and Reston Parkway. With Siebel Systems as its primary tenant, the development will offer two nine-story buildings with a total of 362,868 sf. Also in Reston, the group is developing Reston Gateway at the intersection of Sunset Hills Road and Town Center Parkway, which will feature two nine-story buildings totaling 560,000 sf, located directly across from the planned Dulles Rail terminal.
