Welsh Cos. Hires Back VP to Lead Managers

MINNEAPOLIS-Ned Chapman is responsible for 20 property managers, 130 properties and 1,500 tenants. He had a stint as vice president of specialty services at Marsden Building Maintenance Co. in St. Paul.

MINNEAPOLIS-Welsh Cos. has hired Ned Chapman as vice president and manager of property management. Chapman will be responsible for managing 20 property managers and a portfolio of more than 15.5 million sf with 130 properties and 1,500 tenants.

Chapman was vice president of specialty services at Marsden Building Maintenance Co. in St. Paul, where he was in charge of three of their business units. Before that, Chapman has spent most of his 18-year career at Welsh, including a variety of roles in property management.
