Apartments Approved Near Gresham Station

GRESHAM, OR-American Property Management gained final approval this week for a 264-unit apartment complex adjacent Center Oak Properties’ new Gresham Station retail development. The Columbia Trails apartments will be built on 12.5 acres east of Wallula Avenue, south of the MAX tracks and north of Division Street.

In making the decision, the council was up against the 120-day deadline for processing the application, a deadline American Property Management was unwilling to extend given the numerous meetings with city staff and neighbors and the appeals process they’ve already had to endure.
