UOP, a supplier and licensor of process technology, catalysts, absorbents, process plants and technical services to the petroleum refining, petrochemical and gas processing industries, occupies two buildings, at 24,576 sf building at 2050 E. Orangethorpe, and part of a larger building at 2100 E. Orangethorpe. The company uses the buildings for the manufacturing and testing of filters and separation systems.

Steve Sprenger and Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office and Ken Franzese of the firm's Chicago office represented the tenant, which has resided in Anaheim for 20 years now. The owner was represented in the transaction by Mike Malone of Hunsaker Management.
