In the first deal, Gary K. Weise, a private investor, purchased a 24,557 sf building in the Richfield Industrial Park from owner Cundiff Steel Fabricating for $1.965 million. The buyer is relocating to the property, located at 1700 Barcelona in Placentia, from a current facility in Orange.
Tom Gilmer of Lee & Associates-Orange, Inc. represented the seller, and Chris Migliori of Daum Commerical Real Estate's Anaheim office represented the buyer in the transaction.
In the second deal Lai Properties Inc. purchased the Gale Avenue Center, an 11-unit distribution facility, from Hunsaker Development Company LLC for $8.75 million. Completed last November, the center located at 16253-16293 Gale Ave. in the City of Industry, was fully leased at the time of sale.
