"We are partnering with a government agency to provide a branded search engine that is dedicated to businesses in the Stamford area," says Henry Robbins, executive vice president of the company. Yale Robbins officials say that the data is updated daily and the pages featuring floor plans and specifications have been designed for direct e-mailing or downloading to print.

MrOfficeSpace.com has been providing coverage for New York City, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut since its inception six months ago. Currently, its database features information comprising an aggregate of 750 million sf of office space in 3,000 buildings in the tri-State area.

Yale Robbins, in connection with its deal with the Stamford Economic Development Corp., reports that it will hold a breakfast for local commercial real estate owners and brokers on Tuesday, April 3, at the Landmark Club, 1 Landmark Square from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Stamford Mayor Dannel P.
