Parkway Commerce Center consists of four industrial buildings, including two multi-tenant industrial and two warehouse/distribution structures. The property on 9.8 acres features glass storefront entries.
American Property Enterprises developed the speculative business park in 1998 and managed the property for the seller. Mike Mulvehill was the project manager and Jill Westrom was the real estate manager for American Property Enterprises.
Nick Psyllos, Larry Jackel, Ted Cuthbert, Chris Pascale and Brent Wright of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office represented the seller. Brian Strange and Jim Spain of the Colliers International Carlsbad office negotiated for the buyer.
