Studley, Hampton Unveil Global Consortium of Independent Firms

NEW YORK CITY-Julien J. Studley Inc. and Lambert Smith Hampton have unveiled the formation of Global Property Alliance, an international consortium of independent commercial real estate firms.

NEW YORK CITY-Julien J. Studley, based here, in partnership with UK-based Lambert Smith Hampton, has formed Global Property Alliance, designed, they say, to take one-stop shopping for building services to new heights. The alliance currently includes nine member companies providing commercial real estate services throughout North America, South America, Europe and Asia.

The Alliance sprung from an initial partnership with Lambert Smith Hampton and its parent company, the Atkins Co. “After we established a relationship with Lambert, we explored the possibility of expanding,” Julien J. Studley, chairman and CEO of Julien J. Studley Inc. and chairman of GPA tells GlobeSt.cm. “We agreed that we did not want to [expand] via acquisition, but rather through an alliance of independent firms.”
