AIT wanted to expend its presence in the Twin Cities area, and liked Eagan Pointe's location near Highway 149, Interstate 494 and the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, says Dan Lisowski, co-owner of AIT Worldwide Logistics. The new building is expected to be finished this fall.

Started in Chicago in 1979, AIT Worldwide Logistics provides information systems, supply chain and inventory management expertise and consultation for worldwide transportation logistics. It has 38 offices nationwide, about 700 employees, including 40 in the Twin Cities, and has grown to become one of the top three domestic forwarders in the US. In the Twin-Cities area, Duke-Weeks' portfolio of office and industrial properties it owns, manages or has under development totals more than 8.4 million sf.
