CA-Based Tech Firm Agrees to 5,400 SF at Galleria

HOUSTON-Another California tech company has found its way to Houston. Endymion Systems is taking 5,422 sf at a Galleria building. The firm, based in Oakland, also has offices in Seattle and Irvine, CA.

HOUSTON-Oakland, CA-based Endymion Systems Inc. has leased 5,422 sf of office space at 2700 Post Oak Blvd. from Walton Houston Galleria Office LP.

Warren Savery of Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle IP Inc. has represented Walton Houston Galleria Office and Clay Peeples of Houston-based Boyd Page has acted on the tenant’s behalf. Peeples tells GlobeSt.com the technology company has selected the spot because it is a high-quality, class-A space centrally located in the Galleria area. The property also is central to other parts of the city and has great amenities, says Peeples.
