Equipment Rental Firm to Expand on Lumber Site

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-United Rentals signs 10-year, $3.5-million lease for a build-to-suit in Huntington Beach.

United Rentals already has more than 700 branches in 47 states, Canada and Mexico. It will take over the property located at 16300 Gothard St., a former site of Mullin Lumber Co. that totals about 3.3 acres.

Clyde Stauff and David Bourguigon of Colliers Seeley International's Anaheim office represented the owner, Mullin Lumber. United Rental was represented by Mike Bouma of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office in the transaction.
