However, the maker of specialty surgical devices won't be leaving Irvine altogether. It has signed a second lease for 23,040 sf in the Irvine Spectrum area, officials say.

Gish recently moved into its new, 51,800-sf corporate headquarters and R&D building at 22942 Arroyo Vista in Rancho Santa Margarita. The 10-year lease will enable Gish to use the building for administrative and manufacturing purposes.

Gish also signed a five-year lease for 23,040 sf in a building located at 1041 Bake Parkway in the Irvine Spectrum area. Total consideration for that deal was $750,000.

Gish was represented by a cooperative alliance of Kevin Turner of Colliers Seeley International's Irvine office and Gordon Henry of Cushman & Wakefield's Irvine office in both transactions.

Eric Pepys, owner of the Rancho Santa Margarita facility, was represented by Mark Zuvich and Jack Cannon of Zuvich, Cannon & Associates in Irvine. Buckhead Properties, owner of the Irvine Spectrum building, was represented by Gregory Haly of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office.
