The property, which is approximately 50% leased, is located at 555 Pleasantville Rd. and was built in 1985 by Frank B. Hall Insurance Company as its corporate headquarters. The firm moved out of the building in the 1990s. Tenants include: USI Northeast Inc., Chas. H. Sells, Digitech Computer, Uniglobe Kisco and Saw Mill Capital LLC.
The complex consists of two buildings comprising 115,400 sf of space that form the core of the office complex. The campus also includes a 12,800 sf conference center with two meeting rooms, a two-story reception area and 11 double guest rooms for overnight accommodations.
Also contained on the property is a Tudor-style manor house built by John D. Rockefeller in 1927, which has been converted to a building that offers 6,708 sf of space. The property also contains a fully-equipped fitness center and corporate cafeteria, according to Newmark officials. Newmark had previously been retained as the leasing agent for the property by the ownership Briarcliff Manor LLC.
