Newmark Appointed Broker for Briarcliff Complex

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, NY-Newmark Realty Advisors reports that it has been selected exclusive sales agent for the former Frank B. Hall Insurance headquarters, now known as the Briarcliff Corporate Campus.

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, NY-The former Frank B. Hall Insurance headquarters property here is on the market for sale, according to Newmark Realty Advisors, which was recently named exclusive sales agent for the 136,000 sf complex. Goodkind and Stephen Banker, executive managing directors of Newmark & Company’s Westchester/Connecticut office will be working on the sales campaign along with James D. Kuhn and David Noonan of the firm’s New York headquarters office.

The property, which is approximately 50% leased, is located at 555 Pleasantville Rd. and was built in 1985 by Frank B. Hall Insurance Company as its corporate headquarters. The firm moved out of the building in the 1990s. Tenants include: USI Northeast Inc., Chas. H. Sells, Digitech Computer, Uniglobe Kisco and Saw Mill Capital LLC.

The complex consists of two buildings comprising 115,400 sf of space that form the core of the office complex. The campus also includes a 12,800 sf conference center with two meeting rooms, a two-story reception area and 11 double guest rooms for overnight accommodations.
