In the first lease pact, an optical company signed a 10-year, $9.5-million lease for 106,412 sf of industrial space at 10015 Waples Court. The space is inside the Mesa Tech Center.
Burnham Real Estate Services represented the lessor,Brookwood Sorrento Investors, in the transaction. The Sande Co. represented the lessee, SOLA Optical USA.
Meanwhile, Altera Corp. signed a five-year, $4.7-million lease for30,334 sf of office space in the Sorrento South Corporate Center. Burnham Real Estate Services represented the lessor, WCBThirty-One LP. Grubb & Ellis represented the lessee.
