Novi, MI-based Tri-Mount Vincenti Corp., affiliated with Corvus International, had been the developer of the $60 million project, but did not mean construction deadlines. City officials have been trying to develop the property for 15 years. The land is located at the main entrance to the city, and the officials want a high-class project to locate there. Offices with underground parking are preferred.

A request for bids will be sent to 20 evelopers who have expressed an interest in the site.
