Located on Route 9 near Route 495 and the Massachusetts Turnpike, the portfolio consists of four multi-tenant buildings called Southborough Executive Place and Westborough Executive Park that total 286, 650 sf of space. The buildings, which were developed in the mid 1980s, are fully leased to tenants such as Applix Inc., Ford Motor Co. and Liberty Mutual Group. Advance Realty plans on opening an office in the Westborough complex.

In a released statement, Advance Realty, a privately held full service real estate development organization, states that through its investment subsidiary, Advance Realty Investors, the company plans to acquire more than $500 million in value-added properties in the Boston, New Jersey, suburban Philadelphia and Washington, DC markets over the next two years. The company focuses on suburban office, flex and research and development properties.
