Colliers' strength in the Kansas City market has been its corporate services division, which serves the real estate department and clients such as H & R Block.
Dorsey succeeds Terry O'Leary. Colliers, based in St. Louis, has 37 employees in the Kansas City office, including 21 brokers. The company also has offices in Nashville, Indianapolis and Cincinnati. The brokerage is a part of Colliers International, which has about 250 worldwide locations.
