Brokerage Firm Names New Managing Principal

KANSAS CITY-Real estate veteran Bill Dorsey wants to build revenue at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Kansas City office by a 20% annual rate. The St. Louis-based brokerage, has 37 employees in the Kansas City office.

KANSAS CITY-Bill Dorsey, who has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 16 years, has been named the new managing principal for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker’s Kansas City office. Dorsey, who specializes in investment property, says he wants to build revenue at a rate of 20% over the next three years.

Colliers’ strength in the Kansas City market has been its corporate services division, which serves the real estate department and clients such as H & R Block.
