E-Commerce Provider Expands Into New Office Space

ALISO VIEJO, CA-Aqueduct Inc., former known as BuyNow.com, has leased 20,000 sf of office/flex-tech space for seven years to accommodate company expansion.

ALISO VIEJO, CA-Aqueduct Inc., a supplier of out-sourced, sell-side e-commerce services to high-technology product manufacturers such as Compaq, Toshiba and Sharp, has signed a seven-year lease for a 20,000-sf low-rise office and flex-tech building in a deal valued at $3 million.

Formerly known as BuyNow.com, the company has already moved into its new headquarters space, located in the Pacific Corporate Park at 27081 Aliso Creek Rd. The relocation was necessitated by rapid corporate growth.
