The self-managed and self-administered REIT is involved in the management, leasing, marketing, development and acquisition of commercial research and design space located mostly in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Silicon Valley. The company manages about 6.2 million sf in 89 properties.

At the close of trading Friday, the company's share price stood at $12.75, up 25 cents from Thursday's close. The share price is down from a 52-week high of $14.68 achieved in early November, but well above its 52-wek low of $8.25, which occurred in May of last year.
