SAN BRUNO, CA- SARES-Regis Group of Northern California and The Martin Group are gearing up for construction on a $200 million city center on 20 acres of government surplus property in downtown San Bruno. The project was approved by the City Council in February and the developers plan to break ground in 2002.

The general project was approved by the City Council in February. It will include offices, multifamily and senior housing, a hotel and a restaurant. There will be a vote in June to get community approval for an above-grade parking garage and 500-room, seven story hotel.
