Necessity Retail Centers in the region include the following: Delaware -- Sussex Plaza in Seaford; Virginia -- Pinecrest Plaza and Mallow Mall in Covington, Lake Montclair Centerin Dumfries, Village Courts in Lynchburg, Promenade at Manassas, in Manassas, Mountainview Plaza, in Martinsville, Town Center at Twin at Hickory, Towne Crossings and West Broad Commons in Richmond, Southwest Plaza in Roanoke, Ridgewood Farm Village in Salem, and Cypress Point in Virginia Beach; Maryland -- Crofton Station in Crofton, Riverview Plaza in Frederick and East Town Plaza in Pocomoke.
