Verizon Division Relocates to Larger Quarters

PURCHASE, NY-A division of Verizon Communications has signed a relocation deal at 2975 Westchester Ave. that will more than double its office presence in the county.

PURCHASE, NY-Verizon New York Directory Services Sales Co., a division of Verizon Communications, has more than doubled its office space in Westchester, signing a lease for 30,757 sf of space at 2975 Westchester Ave. here. No financial details of the transaction were released.

CB Richard Ellis Senior Associate Al Gutierrez, who brokered the deal with colleagues Frank Tomasulo and Paul Hoffmann, says that the company is relocating its operations (Yellow Pages division) from 12,000 sf of space it currently occupies at 399 Knollwood Rd. in White Plains. Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut’s Greg Frisoli and Andrew Carney represented the owner in the transaction–Ivy Equities.
