Developer of Town Pavilion to Update Building

KANSAS CITY-The lobby, food court and walkways at one of Downtown's largest office and retail buildings all will be revamped. Developer Copaken White & Blitt has hired the architectural firm of Gould Evans Goodman.

KANSAS CITY-A new look is in store for the lobby of Town Pavilion, one of Downtown’s largest office and retail buildings. Developer Copaken White & Blitt has hired the architectural firm of Gould Evans Goodman to design a new space that will not only update the look, but make the area more flexible.

Planned for the food court area is new furniture and the addition of movable walls that will make more room for meeting space. Updates are also planned for the walkways, in addition to the lobby.
