Built in 1999, the 56,190-sf free-standing building is the last of 12 such buildings in the center, located at 8080 E.Crystal Dr. The new owner moved into the building prior to the closing of escrow. The purchase represents an expansion for the firm,which was already headquartered in Anaheim.
Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Jedd Zaun or Lee & Associates' Newport Beach office.
