Robert P. Ito and Harold G. Sadler will replace Ed Bacani and George Lattimer, who recently resigned.
Sadler is a retired architect whose firm designed a number of Downtown buildings, including the Convention Center.
Ito, former president of the Asian Business Association, is CEO of both the Occupational Training Services Inc. and San Diego CommunityHousing Corp. He also is a former president of the Asian Business Association.
