Norman Pointe is geared to fit the needs of high-tech companies like Rooster.com, says Darryle Henry, senior vice president of Duke-Weeks' Twin Cities office group, which developed the 212,000-sf first phase of Norman Pointe. Rooseter.com will occupy the entire top floor of the seven-story building, which is located on the southwest quadrant of Hwy. 100 and Interstate 494 in Bloomington, MN.

Rooster.com's online services allow producers to market their crops, buy seed, fertilizer, crop protection products, equipment and other supplies on the Internet. John Stevens of Rooster.com, says he likes the building's architecture and interior design because it encourages "openness, free-thinking and creativity."

In the Twin-Cities' area, Indianapolis-based Duke-Weeks it owns, manages or has under development 8.4 million sf of office and industrial properties.
