Rooster.com Signs Lease at Norman Pointe

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Duke-Weeks signs the B2B agribusiness firm to an anchor lease for 30,859 sf. It will occupy the top floor of the seven-story, 212,000-sf building at Hwy. 100 and Interstate 494.

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Rooster.com, a business-to-business agribusiness company, recently signed a six-year lease for 30,859 sf at the newly finished Norman Pointe I here. The growing e-commerce business, which was organized by a consortium of agribusinesses such as Cargill and Cenex Harvest States, has 50 employees.

Norman Pointe is geared to fit the needs of high-tech companies like Rooster.com, says Darryle Henry, senior vice president of Duke-Weeks’ Twin Cities office group, which developed the 212,000-sf first phase of Norman Pointe. Rooseter.com will occupy the entire top floor of the seven-story building, which is located on the southwest quadrant of Hwy. 100 and Interstate 494 in Bloomington, MN.
