The land is along the E-470 toll road in the Compark Business Park. Peoria Street, Chambers Road, Compark Boulevard and E-470 border the property. American Furniture Warehouse has sold the site, which is west of its 635,000-sf warehouse and showroom. Construction of the first phase of flex space is scheduled to begin this fall. Real estate brokers estimate the completed value of the project between $42 million and $52.5 million.
