The property was purchased in 1997 with the ownership entity managed by Fairlane Properties Inc., a locally-based commercial real estate investment company. The company has invested in building improvements to the 40,000-sf building including a new electrical distribution system and installation of upgraded telecommunications equipment.

Fantini & Gorga did not return calls by presstime but a managing director for the company is quoted as saying in a released statement that this building is another in a series of Class B buildings that Fairlane Properties has acquired and upgraded. Fairlane currently serves as asset manager for 215,000-sf in four buildings Downtown.
