Flagship Hotel Coming To Town

SAN JOSE-An affiliate of the Texas-based Hotel Valencia Group will build the 213-room boutique hotel here on Santana Row. It will feature a palazzo-style courtyard with an outdoor fireplace and fountain.

An affiliate of the Hotel Valencia Group will build the 213-room boutique hotel, which will feature a palazzo-style courtyard with an outdoor fireplace and fountain. Valencia Group and its affiliates own and operate four additional hotels and developed a 209-romm hotel in Austin, Texas most recently.

Federal Realty Investment Trust specializes in ownership, management, development and re-development of prime retail and mixed-use projects. Its real estate portfolio contains more than 120 properties.
