The Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North Point is a five-story, 125-room, 70,000-sf hotel sitting on 2.5 acres at 10975 Georgia Lane.
Hilton officials wouldn't disclose the construction cost but construction industry estimators familiar with comparable properties tell GlobeSt.com the estimated hard cost is at least $15 million or about $120,000 per room.
The hotel has 1,600 sf of meeting space and is managed by Hospitality Management.
