Kiosk Manufacturer Relocates Within City Limits

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA-Nakamura-Beeman Inc. will occupy its new industrial space next month.

A custom manufacturer of kiosks, the company is relocating next month from another Santa Fe Springs building to 8520 Wellsford Pl. The new facility will house the company's administrative offices and its design, manufacturing and distribution operations.

Steve Sprenger and Mike Ward of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented the owner, the Edward C. Saunders Family Trust of Newport Beach. The tenant was represented by Joel McCabe, AVP with Colliers Seeley Company's Commerce office.
