The 110,960-sf industrial facility is located at 450 N. Baldwin Park Blvd. The lease is valued at $2.6 million.
Emser Tile was represented by Gary Kreft of Grubb & Ellis. The landlord, Las Vegas-based Hersch Investment Properties, was represented by a Colliers Seeley International leasing team of Thomas Taylor and Steven Belliti.
The county's tight industrial market has been peppered with relatively small, "bread-and-butter" transactions over the past couple of months. These types of deals keep brokers busy when times are a bit slow.
