In one transaction, NQL Inc. signed a five-year lease for 21,505 sf at 4 Hutton Centre. Total consideration for the transaction was approximately $3 million. A global infrastructure company that develops and deploys next-generation intelligent automation applications and platform solutions through patented core technology, NQL was represented by Jeff Sheppard and Wayne Lamb of CB Richard Ellis's Newport Beach office.
In another transaction, Bright Now! Dental Corp. signed a five-year lease for 13,876 sf of space at 201 E. Sandpointe. Total consideration for the transaction was $1.7 million. Steve Sapunor of Corporate Realty Associates represented the tenant in the transaction.
In the last transaction, Agfa Corp., a manufacturer of photographic films and imaging solutions, signed a seven-year lease in a deal valued at $750,000. James Harrison of Charles Dunn Company's Irvine office represented the tenant in the transaction.
Hutton Centre consists of six buildings ranging in size from 150,000 sf to 500,000 sf. The complex also features retail amenities to support office tenants. Transwestern is presently building a 13,000 sf food court at the complex which is scheduled for completion within the next three months.
Transwestern SVP Greg May represented the owner in all three deals.
