The building, located at 15990 North Barkers Landing is 100% occupied. Consequently, little, if any, leasing activity will be needed, says Janet Shipley, Williford's property manager for Timberway One. She says the main objective is to maintain the full status while making standard improvements to the building. Rental rates in this submarket average $18.50 per sf.
The Brookdale Group, an Atlanta-based, national real estate investment company, is the owner of the three-story building. Tenants include Accenture, American Ref-Fule, Welcom Production Access, Wilson Solutions and Strategic Materials. Williford Property Group is a Houston-based real estate firm that currently manages approximately 1.5 million sf of office properties in the Energy Corridor, Westchase and Greenspoint submarkets.
