Mary Descant has been promoted to vice president of the office division and Traci Lieble has joined the firm as a marketing associate for the office division. Lieble, who has 10 years experience in sales, has left Broadwing Communications to join Caldwell Watson.
Fred Caldwell, president of Caldwell Watson says, "Our office division has grown dramatically in the past year. Mary has been instrumental in handling the new business and responsibility that comes with this expansion." Descant had been a recent a finalist for NAIOP's Office Rising Star award.
Focused on northwest Houston, the company owns and manages more than 600,000 sf in the submarket. The staff increase comes on the heels of Caldwell Watson's recent purchase of the 166,848-sf Northchase Plaza office building.
