Carrying-Case Manufacturer Inks $2.2-Mil Lease

ANAHEIM, CA-Targus Inc., a carrying-case manufacturer, has added 65,447 sf to the 200,000 sf of industrial space it leased back in 1998.

The company, which manufactures carrying cases for notebook computers and compact discs, is expanding its presence in the Anaheim Tech Center with the new lease. Located at 1145 N. Ocean Circle, the new facility adds needed space to the 200,000-sf facility the company leased in 1998.

Patrick Remolacio of Colliers Seeley's Anaheim office represented the tenant, while Brian Corrigan and Rob Socci of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office represented the owner, Kilroy Realty.
