Gale & Wentworth will initially use the entire Citadon product line for development and facilities management of three, eight-story office buildings in Woodbridge, NJ and fiveflex buildings in Bernardsville, NJ. Gale & Wentworth will eventually implement the technology across 75 large-scale projects and 450 smaller tenant improvement projects.

The deal includes a three-year enterprise agreement that will replace Gale & Wentworth's legacy client server project management system with Citadon's ProjectNet online application. Gale and Wentworth's senior vice president of construction says he chose Citadon because the showed "evidence of vision, a willingness to adapt to the way we conduct business -- as well as the ability to develop a secure repository of mission-critical data we could leverage to create greater efficiency for our enterprise, and for our customers."

Citadon and Gale & Wentworth will work to integrate Citadon's technology through all phases of its supply chain, including shop drawings, invoicing, collaborative project management and facilities management. Gale & Wentworth also plans, in partnership with Citadon, to create a "living web site" for each completed project using Citadon's ProjectNet Web-Extension technology, allowing for more efficient management of buildings in the post-production phase.
