Two Firms Commit to Space in Almost Finished High Rise

FALLS CHURCH, VA-Two companies have leased 33,000 sf of office space in a high rise under construction in Fairview Park here. DPR Construction and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce have committed to space in Trophy Office Tower at 2941 Fairview Park Dr., which is being developed by the Orr Co.

The 15-story, 360,000-sf office building is slated for completion this month and was designed by the Annapolis, MD-based architecture firm of Boggs & Partners in conjunction with Bohlin Cywinski & Jackson. DPR Construction is a California-based firm that specializes in projects for high-tech firms while Toronto-based Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce is a full-service financial institution operating primarily in Canada and the US, as well as in the West Indies, Europe and Asia.
