BT Commercial Adding Brokers, Offices

SAN FRANCISCO-The real estate services firm has eight offices in northern California and hopes to open offices in the East Bay's 680 Corridor and in Sacramento in the upcoming year.

SAN FRANCISCO-BT Commercial Real Estate is hiring top brokers from competing firms in an effort to grow its business and become one of the bay areas top rated full service firms.

For more than six years, BT Commercial Real Estate has been on a hiring frenzy and in the last six months has hired top talent from several competing firms including Gary Willard and partner LindaMarie Santiago, both from CB Richard Ellis. Willard is heading up the Burlingame office and is in charge of the Investment Services Group.

“We’re no just out there recruiting,” said Jason Berry, COO of BT Commercial’s San Francisco office. “We’re committed to becoming the top rated brokerage firm in Northern California and in doing so we are seeking top talent to go with our highly rated clients.”
