Danbury Townhouse Project Sells Quickly

DANBURY, CT-In just a few weeks of active marketing, 50% of the available units in Phase Two of the Kensington Woods townhouse community here have been sold.

DANBURY, CT-Sales for Phase Two of the 120-unit townhouse community Kensington Woods have been very brisk, according to Building and Land Technology, the developer of the project located off Old Ridgebury Road.

“Sales for Phase Two started in the beginning of February, and we sold six of the 26 townhouses during the opening weekend. There is a lot of activity and it’s very exciting,” said Barbara Adelizzi, the sales manager at Kensington Woods and a sales associate in the Danbury office of Coldwell Banker.

After four months of sales, Phase One was completely sold out, Coldwell Banker officials say. The two-bedroom townhouses in Phase Two range in size from 1,288 sf to 1,650 sf and are priced starting at $209,900.
