DEXMA Hires RealEC for Internet Service

MINNEAPOLIS-The agreement between the developer of Internet products for the mortgage industry and the e-commerce exchange for real estate transactions is expected to improve the lending process.

MINNEAPOLIS-RealEC Technologies, an e-commerce exchange for real estate transactions, has signed a deal to provide extensive products and services to DEXMA, a Minneapolis-based developer of Internet products forthe mortgage industry. The relationship involves delivery of creditinformation, credit scores, flood compliance products, real estate valuationservices, tax products, title insurance and title information products to DEXMA customers through a connection between RealEC and DEXMA’s director of transactions.

The RealEC agreement enables DEXMA ”to access multiple pieces of information quickly, through a single connection, and … to provide our customers with immediate access to high quality products and services,” says DEXMA’s Nick Kozlak, vice president of business development. The deal should ”lead to user-friendly and cost-efficient lending opportunitiesfor consumers,” adds Jeff Sanderson, president of RealEC Technologies.
